</p>
<p> You have heard of all the promises that your guidance counselors and teachers have <noindex><nofollow>made talking</nofollow></noindex> about what will happen once </p>
<p> you get a college education. The way they make <noindex><nofollow>it seem,</nofollow></noindex> money will be falling at your feet and you will achieve all of <noindex><nofollow>your </p>
<p> wildest dreams. </p>
</p>
<p> Is</nofollow></noindex> that an exaggeration? Sure, of course it is. However, you will find more <noindex><nofollow>happiness and</nofollow></noindex> achieve more of your life and </p>
<p> financial goals if you pursue continuing education than <noindex><nofollow>if</nofollow></noindex> you simply start working after you graduate from high school. </p>
<p> For starters, your overall <noindex><nofollow>life</nofollow></noindex> earnings increase dramatically after you graduate with a college degree. High school diplomas </p>
<p> barely <noindex><nofollow>mean</nofollow></noindex> anything anymore and your chances of rising the ranks within good companies are <noindex><nofollow>severely</nofollow></noindex> limited if that is all </p>
<p> you have. </p>
</p>
<p> Bachelor&rsquo;s degrees are the least amount of continuing <noindex><nofollow>education</nofollow></noindex> you will need to really compete in the working world. You </p>
<p> will make a <noindex><nofollow>ton</nofollow></noindex> more money and have more job opportunities than with only a high school <noindex><nofollow>diploma.</nofollow></noindex> But the problem now is that </p>
<p> more and more people have Bachelor&rsquo;s degrees and <noindex><nofollow>they</nofollow></noindex> are becoming more like High School Diplomas. </p>
<p> To really get ahead and find the <noindex><nofollow>jobs with</nofollow></noindex> the best responsibilities and pay, you must have continuing education that goes </p>
<p> beyond the <noindex><nofollow>four year</nofollow></noindex> degree. Instead, you must earn a Master&rsquo;s degree. </p>
</p>
<p> A Master&rsquo;s degree shows that you <noindex><nofollow>are committed</nofollow></noindex></p>

<p> When you were younger, the emphasis was always on going to a four year <noindex><nofollow>college or</nofollow></noindex> university and earning that Bachelor&rsquo;s </p>
<p> degree in your chosen field. That was your ticket, <noindex><nofollow>they said,</nofollow></noindex> to getting a good job and making a good salary along with that </p>
<p> good <noindex><nofollow>job. </p>
</p>
<p> Bachelor&rsquo;s</nofollow></noindex> degrees are still important, but are becoming more and more common as record <noindex><nofollow>numbers</nofollow></noindex> of students decide to pursue </p>
<p> their continuing education opportunities. You definitely need one to <noindex><nofollow>get any</nofollow></noindex> sort of good job (most of the time) but the really </p>
<p> good job opportunities <noindex><nofollow>go</nofollow></noindex> to those who take the time to pursue continuing education past the Bachelor&rsquo;s <noindex><nofollow>degree. </p>
</p>
<p> Workers who</nofollow></noindex> earn a Master&rsquo;s degree or higher will earn an average of six times <noindex><nofollow>more than</nofollow></noindex> someone who only receive a High </p>
<p> School diploma. People in high level executive and <noindex><nofollow>CEO</nofollow></noindex> positions in companies usually all have some sort of advanced degree </p>
<p> like a Master&rsquo;s <noindex><nofollow>of Science</nofollow></noindex> or an MBA. </p>
</p>
<p> Many hiring managers will automatically be drawn to those people who <noindex><nofollow>have more</nofollow></noindex> continuing education on their rйsumйs than </p>
<p> those people who only have a Bachelor&rsquo;s because <noindex><nofollow>they know</nofollow></noindex> it takes ambition and commitment to pursue continuing education </p>
<p> like this. You will be <noindex><nofollow>able</nofollow></noindex> to command a higher salary, better benefits and job responsibilities if you have <noindex><nofollow>a</nofollow></noindex> Master&rsquo;s </p>
<p> degree or higher. This can be especially helpful for women who have traditionally <noindex><nofollow>been</nofollow></noindex></p>
